Egghead is an all-volunteer forum.  Our players love to compete in nightly live games and ongoing board games, but without their help and support, Egghead could not exist.  If you'd like to lend a hand, please email Joanchek.  Currently, we are looking for a volunteer to write a monthly newsletter.  If you're interested, please let us know.

The 10th DCBash will be held May 31-June 3, 2007.  We'll be headquartered at the Holiday Inn and Suites, Old Town Alexandria.  The DCBash is the perfect time for you to meet your favorite triviots face-to-face.  Registration information is available in the "Bashes and Meetings" section of the Egghead Forum .  In addition to the information posted on our forum boards, we publish a regular Bash Newsletter for those attending or thinking about attending.  If you'd like to be added to our mailing list, please email Joanchek .

We have great events planned this year.  During the day, take advantage of all the history that our Nation's Capital has to offer.  From the Smithsonian museums to the Library of Congress, from the National Zoo to the World War II Memorial--DC truly has something for everyone.  We have dinner events scheduled each night as well.  We kick off with a casual pizza party on Thursday night for the early arrivals.  Friday night, we dine al fresco in the beautiful hotel courtyard and gazebo.  Saturday, it's off to the fun and funky Starlight Cafe for award-winning American cuisine.  And Sunday night, we close the weekend with traditional Irish specialties at Alexandria's landmark pub Pat Troy's Ireland's Own.  DC10 is truly an event not to be missed!
